Team Time

Beyond our commitment to provide fine dentistry, we are passionate about creating the unique environment in which we work. When you are with us, you will notice the difference. It is more than the years we have been together. It is the intention we bring to appreciating shared values, developing open communication, and fostering deep friendships.

The principal way we do this is with our our weekly team meetings. Wednesday afternoons are set aside as a time to come together to develop and implement our vision for the practice. Topics range from the mundane to the esoteric. Everyone has a voice.

Our dedication to shared learning also takes us away from Tucson from time to time. Over the years, we have been to places like Washington D.C. and Washington state, Florida, Nevada, and even Oklahoma. When we can, we take a little time out for site-seeing. Check out our blog for details on our current endeavors.

We have also worked together both in- and outside of dentistry. We volunteer at HopeFest, an annual community-wide day of sharing held at Tucson Electric Park. Pictured below you'll see Lisa and Carol on the scaffolding while Jenifer looks through the window at a 2008 Habitat for Humanity build.

We are proud of the work we have done together over the years. It has supported both our professional and our personal growth.
